Gameplay
Facilitator explains the rules of the game to the participants.
Players are divided into 3 groups – “Villages”.
Players make individual and collaborative decisions whether to protect themselves against the flood or drought.
Each decision has its cost. Players who choose to seek disaster protection will have to pay fixed cost.
The magnitude of flood and drought is decided by the roll of the die.
Facilitator ends the game with debriefing and discussion with the players about the results’ connection to the real-life situations.
